Servant Leadership

In Matthew 20:26-28, Jesus presents a radical redefinition of greatness. Unlike the worldly view that associates greatness with power and authority, Jesus emphasizes that true greatness is found in serving others. He uses the term 'servant' and 'slave' to describe the kind of humility and selflessness required from His followers.
