Meeting them once again reminded us that every child grows in their own way. Some impressed us with their confidence, others with their curiosity and willingness to learn, while for some we noticed the need for extra support and encouragement. This evaluation was not about grades or comparisons, but about truly seeing each child — their strengths, as well as the areas where they need more care and guidance.

Our observations were shared with the teachers as honest and constructive external feedback, with the intention of supporting their ongoing educational work. We strongly believe that open communication and collaboration are essential in creating an environment where children feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow.
