A Christmas Miracle in Doboșeni: 930 Gifts for Disadvantaged Children
Together with 35 volunteers from Suceava, Sibiu, and Bucharest, we managed to deliver approximately 930 gifts to disadvantaged children in the Brăduț commune – Doboșeni, Filia, Tălișoara, and Brăduț. What seemed impossible – to reach all the children with gifts – was made possible through solidarity, donations, and special store discounts.

Open Soul Foundation at the Dry Bones Denver Gala
In October 2025, Open Soul Foundation, joined by sixteen friends and supporters, attended the Dry Bones Denver Under the Sea Gala, celebrating twenty four years of ministry with houseless youth and young adults and honoring a Christ centered community where unsurpassable worth, unconditional love, and belonging are lived out on the streets of Denver.

Our Involvement at Necșești School – Setting Up the Computer Lab
Currently, the school has 11 computers for 24 students. Through this project, one more computer will be added so activities can be conducted in two equal groups. With this project, our goal is not just to modernize the computer lab, but to encourage creativity, collaboration, and curiosity, preparing students for the challenges of an increasingly digital world.

📚 Evaluation after the first module of the AfterSchool program at Necșești School
After resuming our AfterSchool activities in October, we had the joy of organizing the end-of-module evaluation, attended by both the children and their parents. It was a moment of reflection and open dialogue, where we discussed the students’ strengths, the areas that need improvement, and how families can support the children’s growth.

💛 The afterschool program has resumed at the school in Necșești
Starting October 15th, the Necșești School reopened its afterschool program — a ray of hope for children who long to learn, catch up, and believe once again in their own potential. This season, 11 children take part in activities held every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, where they receive a warm meal and enjoy two hours of educational support. During this time, they work on what they haven’t yet understood in class, in a safe, caring, and encouraging environment.
